This document constitutes an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”) and the provisions related to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the IT Act. It is published in compliance with applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which mandate the publication of rules, regulations, Privacy Policy, and terms and conditions for accessing or using the website. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
Welcome to SSHOCare, available at https://ssohcare.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), and/or on any mobile application or other digital platform developed or operated by Shree Sai Occupational Health Care (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
The content of this Platform is owned by Shree Sai Occupational Health Care, with its registered office located at Gf 16, Sundaram Arcade, Science City Rd, opposite Shukan Mall, Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380060, operating under the brand name "SSHOCare" (hereinafter referred to as “SSHOCare,” “Shree Sai,” or “the Company,” which shall, unless the context requires otherwise, include its wholly owned subsidiaries, successors, and permitted assigns). SSHOCare provides occupational health services, industrial medical checkups, on-site health assessments, and Factory Act compliance solutions for industries across India.
By using the Platform, you affirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, along with any guidelines, privacy policies, rules, and additional terms referenced herein. The Terms of Use (as defined below) outline the legally binding terms governing your access to and use of the Platform, as well as our provision of the Services (as defined below).
Please read these Terms of Use carefully. Your access to the Platform and/or use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of all provisions of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. SSHOCare reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. You are encouraged to regularly review these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Terms of Use or any amendments made, you must refrain from accessing the Platform and/or using the Services offered by SSHOCare.
SSHOCare reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy or guideline of the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of such changes; therefore, you should regularly review these Terms of Use and applicable policies to understand the terms and conditions governing your use of the Platform. By accessing, registering, or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and consent to our use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
General Terms
Your access to or use of the Platform, transactions conducted on the Platform, and the use of Services, hosted or managed remotely through the Platform, are governed by the following terms and conditions, along with any additional service-specific terms and conditions, other applicable policies available on our Platform, and any disclaimers present on the Platform. These documents, collectively referred to as “Terms of Use,” constitute the terms governing your access to and use of the Platform and the Services. This Terms of Use constitutes a legal and binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as “You,” “Your,” or the “User”) on one side and Shree Sai Occupational Health Care (“SSHOCare”) on the other side. “Third Party” refers to any individual(s), company, or entity other than the User and SSHOCare.
Your use of our Services is contingent upon your compliance with these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use apply to all visits to the Platform and all other applications operating under the brand name “SSHOCare” by Shree Sai Occupational Health Care, as well as all uses of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, all associated content, information, recommendations, and services provided to you by or through our Services, as outlined on the Platform.
Your right to use the Services is non-transferable. Any password or right granted to you for accessing information or documents from the Platform is also non-transferable. SSHOCare reserves the right to transfer, assign, or delegate all or any part of these Terms of Use, along with any associated rights and obligations. These Terms of Use will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors, and permitted assignees of both parties.
SSHOCare reserves the right to activate or deactivate any offers and promotions related to the services at any time. You agree that we may send you text notifications and marketing offers. You acknowledge that your consent to receive such communications is not a condition for making any purchase.
Eligibility
By using the Platform and/or availing yourself of the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to SSHOCare's policies regarding the Services offered and to abide by all conditions set forth herein.
- You are responsible for all transactions made under your name or account.
- You are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You represent and warrant to the Company that you will use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Services
- Your use of this Platform entitles you to access certain services as outlined in the following clauses, and the interpretation of the term 'Services' shall be context-dependent.

The following services are offered by SSHOCare through its Platform:
- Pre-employment and periodic industrial health checkups at your facility or designated centers.
- On-site occupational health assessments, clinical examinations, and diagnostic testing for workforce compliance.
- Occupational Health Center (OHC) setup, staffing support, and Factory Act compliance services.
- First aid training, wellness programs, and related occupational health solutions. (Collectively referred to as the “Services.”)
- The Company reserves the right to modify the nature or pricing of the Services at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated by publishing the updates on the Platform.
Health Checkup & Occupational Health Services

You can avail yourself of the occupational health facilities offered by SSHOCare as follows:
- Industrial health checkups and medical screenings at your workplace or at designated collection centers.
- You may choose on-site service, where SSHOCare will send trained medical staff to your location for health assessments and sample collection, or you may visit a Company center where the service is available.
- For certain specialized investigations or diagnostic tests, employees may need to visit designated partner laboratories or test centers as determined by the Company.
- You will receive communications via email, SMS, phone calls, or WhatsApp, providing you with your Order ID, details of the health package, and other relevant information.
- You will receive health reports and compliance documentation within the specified time frame.
- The Services are non-transferable; only the individual or employee to whom the health package is assigned at the time of booking is eligible to avail such Services.
- You are advised to review and adhere to the instructions and guidelines provided by SSHOCare on its Platform, which detail the dos and don'ts prior to undergoing various health assessments.
- Health assessment reports should be corroborated with a doctor's advice and should not be solely relied upon.
On-Site Visits, Sample Collection & Report Generation
On-site visits and sample collection are scheduled on the booking date of the services. You can also reschedule based on available times and slots.
You may experience delays in scheduled visits due to factors beyond SSHOCare's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God and other causes such as fires, floods, strikes, lockouts, lockdowns, curfews, riots or civil commotion, epidemics, pandemics, COVID-related restrictions, war, changes in the legal or regulatory environment, acts of government, technical failures, political rallies, VIP movements, weather conditions, etc. Any delay or cancellation will be promptly communicated to you by SSHOCare. Please check your messages, WhatsApp, and emails regularly for updates.
After sample collection or on-site assessment, reports are typically generated within the timeline communicated to you at the time of booking; however, some tests may have longer turnaround times, which will be disclosed during booking or collection. In exceptional cases due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays in the release of results. You hereby agree to accept any delays you may encounter. As such, the occupational health Services should not be utilized in emergencies.
The turnaround time for each service mentioned on the website/app is contingent upon full payment by you to SSHOCare for the services availed. For clarification, samples will only be processed and services will only commence upon receipt of complete payment. Any delay resulting from your failure to make complete payment will be solely your responsibility, and SSHOCare shall not be liable for such delays.
Service Visit & Transportation Charges
- Discount coupons cannot be applied to service visit or transportation charges.
- If the entire booking is rescheduled, service visit charges will not be applicable again if they have already been paid by you.
- If only part of the booking is rescheduled, service visit charges may apply again.
- If a re-collection booking is created due to rejection or sample not received (SNR), transportation charges will not be imposed again.
- If a new booking is created while medical staff are at the customer's location, full service visit charges will apply.
- For add-on tests to an existing booking for the same employee, no additional service visit charges will be incurred.
- In the case of partial cancellations, service visit charges will remain unchanged.
- Refunds will also include applicable service visit charges where applicable.
- Service visit charges do not apply when employees visit a designated center directly.
- For complimentary (FOC) bookings, service visit charges may still be applicable.
- SSHOCare may, at its discretion, waive service visit charges in cases of special requests, issues, or exigencies.
On-Site Industrial Health Programs
- You can book on-site industrial health programs and OHC-related services offered by SSHOCare through the website or application.
- Organizations can schedule pre-employment screenings, periodic checkups, and compliance health programs at their facility.
- Once the service is booked, the customer will receive confirmation from SSHOCare and our team will visit at the agreed time slot or as per the service schedule.
- SSHOCare will issue reports and compliance documentation for the services conducted.
- By opting for on-site services, you provide your express consent to receive occupational health services through SSHOCare and consent to the sharing of employee health data with relevant partner laboratories where required for testing.
- You explicitly agree that any complaints or issues regarding reports issued by partner laboratories must be addressed in coordination with SSHOCare, and liability for third-party lab errors shall be limited as per applicable agreements.
Payment
- SSHOCare will endeavor to provide you with facilities and gateways to pay the fee for the Services (“Fee”) on the Platform through various methods, including credit cards (American Express, Visa, and Mastercard), debit cards, cash cards, UPI, and internet banking.
- You have the option to pay via the online methods mentioned above or through Cash On Visit (COV).
- Refunds for COV: In the event that a refund is applicable for COV bookings, SSHOCare will initiate a refund to your bank account once you provide the necessary details.
- You understand and agree that the Services will only commence after SSHOCare has received payment if you opt for online payment.
- You acknowledge that payment mechanisms may be governed by separate or additional terms set forth by SSHOCare.
- SSHOCare reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product or package that is listed at an incorrect price, regardless of whether the order/booking has been confirmed or payment has been made. If payment has been processed, it will be credited back to you using the same method within 7–14 working days, and you will be notified in writing.
- Once an order has been placed, if you wish to cancel or modify it, you may do so, subject to cancellation or modification charges as prescribed by SSHOCare.
- You are responsible for paying all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies, and assessments for the Services accessed through the Platform. Additionally, SSHOCare reserves the right to change the Fees at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- You understand and agree that payment transactions on the Platform will be routed through third-party vendors. Therefore, the terms of use for these payment mechanisms will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those third-party vendors.
- You acknowledge that SSHOCare shall not be liable for any malfunction or defect in any payment procedure. The payment of the Fee is solely your responsibility. In the event of any dispute, error, or concern regarding the payment mechanism, you will resolve these issues directly with the third-party vendor, and SSHOCare will not be held responsible.
Personal Information
- SSHOCare may collect certain personal information, including sensitive personal data such as health information, for the purpose of providing occupational health services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining compliance records. This may include records of communications exchanged between you and SSHOCare, as well as data you input on the Platform, which will be collected and stored on SSHOCare's or its affiliates' servers.
- SSHOCare may use your information to deliver Services, send important updates, provide required notices, and promote marketing offers. You have the right to withhold personal or sensitive personal information that SSHOCare requests, and to withdraw consent at any time by sending a written request using the contact details provided in this Terms of Use. However, if you withdraw consent or refrain from providing necessary information, SSHOCare reserves the right to restrict your access to the Platform and its Services.
- Additionally, your use of the Platform and/or the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Cancellation Policy
- SSHOCare reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment with prior notice to you. The time provided for conducting services is indicative, and the actual time may vary based on the availability of medical staff. SSHOCare shall not be held responsible for any rescheduling or cancellation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- SSHOCare retains the right to reschedule or cancel service bookings with prior notice. You may also reschedule or cancel your Service bookings as per the procedure outlined on the Platform.
- In the event of cancellation or non-confirmation of a booking by SSHOCare for any reason, you may contact SSHOCare to reschedule the booking within 7 (seven) days of cancellation. If you fail to do so, you will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation of any Fee payment made to SSHOCare.
- SSHOCare shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss caused to you as a result of such rescheduling or cancellation of bookings. Furthermore, SSHOCare reserves the right to deny services at any time without providing a reason.
Retesting Policy
- In all instances, any report comparisons made after 7 (seven) days will not be accepted.
- For certain health parameters, values may fluctuate due to factors such as timing of sample collection and fasting status. Only significant variations will be considered for retesting, as determined by SSHOCare's quality team.
- In the event of any discrepancies in test results, our quality team will perform a root cause analysis. If necessary, a complimentary inter-lab comparison with a referral lab will be conducted. Should the variation exceed acceptable limits, we will refund the full amount of the affected test.
Refund Policy
- To initiate a refund, you must provide supporting documents or reports relevant to your request, which will be subject to approval by SSHOCare's quality team. Their decision will be final.
- If you cancel occupational health services, you will not be entitled to a refund after 7 (seven) days from the date of payment of the Fee. However, if SSHOCare receives a written refund request within 7 (seven) days, the total amount paid will be credited back to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of cancellation.
- The confirmed refund amount will be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of approval, provided all terms of use are met. The payment will be credited back to the same account used for the original payment. For offline payments, the refund will be processed via bank transfer (IMPS, NEFT) or cheque.
No Liability of SSHOCare
SSHOCare does not represent or warrant that the content or information provided through our Services is accurate, complete, or current, nor that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee that any defects in our Services will be corrected, or that our Services or the server hosting them are free of viruses or other harmful components. SSHOCare makes no warranties or representations regarding the use of materials in our Services concerning their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the Platform and in the Services is provided to you "AS IS," without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. SSHOCare shall have no liability in connection with the Services, including but not limited to any liability for damage or injury to you or damage to your computer hardware, data, information, and business resulting from the materials or lack thereof available on the site.
Additionally, SSHOCare shall not be liable for:
- Any delay or failure to record details or confirm bookings due to cellular traffic or loss of cellular connection.
- Any unauthorized access to, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data resulting from your engagement with SSHOCare.
- Any inconvenience suffered due to failures in data collected through hyperlinks.
- Any inconvenience caused by late arrivals, rescheduling, or cancellation of confirmed appointments, discrepancies in fees charged, and related difficulties.
- Any error, omission, inaccuracy, deficiency, inadequacy, or negligence in the delivery and performance of healthcare services, including the provision of materials and reports.
- Any incident arising from your choices based on the information available through our Services.
- Any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by our actions, omissions, or negligence in procuring, compiling, or delivering materials.
- Any decision made or action taken, or not taken, in reliance on materials provided on this Platform.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship
The use of information provided by or through the Platform does not create a licensed medical professional/patient relationship. SSHOCare makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the professional qualifications, expertise, or quality of work of any medical professional or partner facility. SSHOCare has no control over, and cannot guarantee the availability of, any diagnostic center at any given time. You are strongly advised to conduct your own investigation prior to selecting healthcare services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SSHOCare and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, shareholders, and affiliates (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from any losses, claims, expenses, or damages incurred or anticipated as a result of: (i) your use of the Platform or Services, (ii) any breach by you of the Terms of Use, or (iii) any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or guidelines by you in connection with your use of the Platform and/or Services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SSHOCare and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, shareholders, affiliates, or any other parties involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Services (collectively, the “Protected Entities”) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, its content, materials, or functions, or the Services. In no event shall SSHOCare's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the total Fee paid by you for the Services in question.
Third-Party Claims
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSHOCare and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your access to or use of the Platform, violations of the Terms of Use, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.
Conduct of Users
Under no circumstances shall SSHOCare be liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any user or customer. If you are dissatisfied with any Services provided by SSHOCare, you may contact us or discontinue your use of the Platform and the Services offered therein.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform, including its processes and the selection and arrangement of all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, artwork, and computer code (collectively referred to as the “Content”), is owned and controlled by SSHOCare. The design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, look and feel, and arrangement of this Content are protected by copyright, patent, trademark laws, and other intellectual property rights.
Unless otherwise specified, SSHOCare owns all intellectual property rights related to the trademark “SSHOCare” and the Platform. Except as expressly provided herein, you acknowledge and agree not to copy, republish, post, display, translate, transmit, reproduce, or distribute any Content through any medium without obtaining the necessary authorization from SSHOCare or the respective third-party owner of such Content.
Miscellaneous
Suspension of Services
SSHOCare reserves the right to suspend or withdraw all or any part of our Services at any time, without prior notice and without incurring any liability.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms of Use or in relation to the Services shall be governed by the laws of India, with the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, having exclusive jurisdiction. All disputes will be subject to arbitration by a sole independent arbitrator, mutually appointed by the Parties in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and the language of the proceedings shall be English or Gujarati.
Survival
Even after termination, the terms of these Terms of Use shall survive such termination of your profile/account, including obligations under Covenants, Liability, Indemnity, Intellectual Property, and Dispute Resolution.
Assignability
SSHOCare may assign any of its duties or obligations to any other person without prior notice to you, at its sole discretion. However, you may not assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms of Use to a third party without obtaining written permission from SSHOCare.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
The failure of SSHOCare to enforce any right or remedy under these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
Force Majeure
SSHOCare shall be relieved of all obligations and responsibilities under these Terms of Use if the performance of its obligations is wholly or partially prevented or delayed by acts of God or causes beyond its control, including but not limited to fires, floods, strikes, lockouts, lockdowns, curfews, riots, civil commotion, epidemics, pandemics, conflicts, wars, changes in the legal/regulatory regime, acts of government, or technical failures.
Grievance Handling
SSHOCare is committed to addressing your grievances or complaints to the best of its ability. To facilitate this, SSHOCare has established a Grievance Redressal Cell, which can be contacted via the phone number provided on the Platform or by emailing info@ssohcare.com.
